What it did
Upload a PDF, get a structured summary you can interrogate. The product paired OCR with GPT-3.5 Turbo so scanned and native documents behaved the same, and kept inference costs low enough to run a consumer price point at software margins.
What I owned
- End-to-end product: ideation, design, development and launch across the whole feature suite.
- The infrastructure decision that made the unit economics work — automated synthesis of unstructured data instead of manual processing.
- Growth experiments: referral loops, onboarding funnel optimisation and usability testing, lifting NPS 60% and completion rates 25%.
